Best Life welcomes your feedback, compliments and complaints and can reassure that your comments will be reviewed and discussed to assist us in continuing to improve our services.

Escalating complaints:

Best Life will endeavour to work with you for a satisfactory outcome, however if you feel that a complaint has not been sufficiently or appropriately addressed, you can escalate the complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safegaurds Commission or Fairwork Obudsman.
